Thank you for choosing LUMIGIC! We are delighted to deliver our unique assembly models to customers worldwide. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You may request to cancel or update your address before the order ships. Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept or reroute it. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping

    • Delivery time: 7–14 business days

    • Cost: $9.90

    • Free shipping on orders over $120

  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx)

    • Delivery time: 3–6 business days

    • Cost: $39.99

3. Shipping Locations & Warehouses

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Orders are shipped from either our Asia warehouse or our Los Angeles, USA warehouse, depending on stock availability and destination.

4. Packaging & Parcel Condition

  • We carefully package every order to ensure safe delivery.

  • Due to the nature of international shipping, outer boxes may sometimes arrive slightly deformed or scuffed. This does not affect the quality or assembly of the model.

5. Duties & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped duty-paid (DDP), meaning import duties and taxes are already included in your purchase price.

  • Please note that occasional customs inspections may cause delays. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

6. Delays & Responsibility

We always strive for on-time delivery, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs checks, or courier disruptions may cause delays. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package at any time.
