Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. Lumigic is committed to providing high-quality puzzle kits, all of which undergo rigorous testing. If you are dissatisfied with our products or wish to return them, please review our return and refund policy:

1. Returns

We provide refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item via support@lumigic.com or our Contact us page.
  • Returned items must remain unopened.
  • All returns require proof of purchase from our store (lumigic.com).

Please note: Returns are not accepted for non-product-quality issues.

2. Order Changes or Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Please note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the complex manufacturing process, our metal kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please purchase with care.

4. Requesting a Return

If you receive a damaged product or wish to return it for other reasons, please contact our customer support team:

You will need to provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for return

After submitting your request, we will contact you within 2–4 business days with a solution.

Please note: Contact us at support@lumigic.com before sending any return package.
We only process refunds after approving your return and receiving the returned item. You will be notified whether your refund is approved after inspection.
